The deluxe queen room was clean with nice furnishings, refrigerator and microwave, for instance. The staff were really kind and the location was ideal. We dined at a particularly good nearby restaurant with local dishes.

This place features well-furnished and spotless rooms with comfortable double beds, and the staff are friendly.

The rooms were clean and they were spacious.

The food for breakfast was plentyfull and good, but the food needed to be spread out. It was a very small area set up and you had to wait to get to any item. Not very space friendly. They also only had 4 table to sit at to eat and each table was only big enough for 2 people.

Staff was attentive and exceptional. I forgot personal papers in the office and a pillow in the room. Both were waiting for me days later when I realized they weren't in my possession.

The continental breakfast was extensive, but hot items required microwaving and the omelets were mislabeled. (They were southwest, not cheese as they were labeled)

It was a motel rather than a hotel. No elevator. We were only able to get a second floor room and we both have ambulation issues that make it difficult to climb stairs to carry our possessions up and down the stairs.

The breakfast facilities were too small. It was crowded, hard to even get into the food area and there were too few tables.

Surprising hotel, favourable location close to activity and very polite staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave. Location right by restaurant as well as the blue ridge parkway. A great selection of food options not very far from the venue.
